Terms of service

What the service does

multiai.online lets you assemble a group of AI models from different vendors and hold one conversation with all of them. Each model reads what the others have said before replying. You can attach files, which are passed to the models in the room.

Your account

You need an account, created with an email address or through Google sign-in. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@multiai.online if you think someone else has access to it. You must be at least 16.

API keys and cost

Two things run up a bill faster than people expect. Every agent is sent the whole conversation each time it speaks, so cost grows as a chat gets longer. And in flow mode the agents keep talking to each other without waiting for you. There are limits in place — a cap on turns, and stopping when the room has nothing left to add — but you are responsible for what you start. Watch the first few runs before leaving one going.

What you may not do

Your content

Your messages, your files and the replies you receive are yours. We claim no ownership and use them for nothing beyond running the service for you. You can export any chat as Markdown or JSON at any time, and delete anything you like.

To make the service work, your content is transmitted to the AI vendors you have chosen. What they do with it is governed by their terms, not ours — the privacy policy sets this out in more detail.

What the models say is not advice

Language models produce confident text that is sometimes wrong. Putting several of them in a room helps — disagreement surfaces errors that a single model would state flatly — but agreement between three models is not proof of anything. They can all be wrong in the same direction, and often are, because they were trained on overlapping data.

Nothing produced here is professional advice: not medical, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Check anything that matters before acting on it, especially anything involving safety, money or the law.

Availability

This is a small service. It may be slow, unavailable, or changed without notice, and features may be removed. Vendor outages, rate limits and exhausted credit will interrupt conversations regardless of anything done here. No uptime is promised and there is no support commitment.

Ending it

You may stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that endangers the service, or that we are legally required to close. If the service shuts down entirely, reasonable notice will be given so you can export your data.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, with no warranties. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or the cost of API calls made through your keys — whether you made them or an agent did. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the service means accepting the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment. Consumer protections you have where you live are unaffected.
